The majority of the food isn’t sold on the street anymore, they are normally in organised street side vendors. For example at the Hawker Centre, they have around 100 different stores offering a huge variety of dishes.

Take in the various smells – Fish paste, ginger, curry and fruits are the most popular scents in the air. You can only find this kind of cultural and culinary experience in Singapore.
