By submitting your details to the Holidaysplease website and/or our members of staff you agree to the following data protection policies:-

1) We may gather personal information about you in order to assist you in making travel arrangements. When you submit an enquiry we may contact you at any time about this enquiry in order to help provide our service to you.

2) Where we deal with third party providers (for example airlines, tour operators and hotels) we may need to pass on your personal information to them. To help ensure your trip is as tailored as possible this may include sensitive personal information such as dietary or medical requirements.

3) We will use your information to communicate with you by telephone, post and e mail. If you have consented then we may send you details on other holidays that may be of interest to you from time to time. You will have the ability to unsubscribe from these messages at any time.

4) If you join our rewards scheme then we will send you monthly rewards statements. We treat this is a "legitimate interest" for data protection purposes as it enables you to see what points you have and how you can spend them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5) If we do not have the capacity to deal with your holiday enquiry then we may outsource your enquiry to an approved third party holiday company so that your enquiry is still serviced in good time.

6) To help us recognise your details and provide a website experience adapted to your needs we may store your details in "cookies" on your browser.

7) We keep your data for such time as we need to keep a record of your booking for law enforcement, tax, marketing and business processing/intelligence purposes. You can request that we delete your data at any time and will happily do so subject to retaining whatever minimum amount of data that might be necessary for law enforcement or tax authority purposes.
