Stayed at the new Paresa Hotel in Phuket, outstanding, but remote. Excellent service, ideal for honeymooners. Also Manadarin Oriental Bangkok, superb.

The other hotel we stayed in, Santhiya on Koh Phangan was also exceptional - and one I would really recommend.

The only criticism I have of the whole holiday, and this is really minor, but I wish there were more sun beds around the infinity pool/beach area. Other than that, I could not fault the holiday at all. Simply one of best holiday's ever and would definetly go back.

Only slight glitch was hotel in kratje which was decidly 1star & not 3(ie no hot water & water leak)

VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPANY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.THE ONLY SMALL ISSUE THAT I MIGHT RAISE BUT I AM NOT BLAMING ANYONE BECAUSE I SHOULD HAVE NOTICED IT MYSELF WAS ON THE DAY WE TRANSFERRED FROM BANGKOK TO KRABE THE FLIGHT TIME WAS 1300 THIS MEANT THE WHOLE DAY WAS WASTED ON A HOUR FLIGHT IF WE HAD A MORNING FLIGHT SAY 0900 OR 1000 WE COULD HAVE HAD A FEW HOURS ON THE BEACH INSTEAD OF ARRIVING IN KRABE LATE AND HITTING RUSH HOUR AND NOT GETTING TO THE HOTEL UNTIL 1800

Lack of communication immediately prior to going was disappointing. We had to ask for e-tickets, transfer vouchers and amended confirmation details to be sent to us.They all came separately.
