Felt that Jonathan went the extra mile trying to sort out a suitable hotel for us. Everything perfect but a slight mix up with room booking on arrival - hotel had only one room for one family when we'd requested an adjoining room for children. This has been confirmed at time of booking. Also had requested party to be roomed close together, which didn't happen although hotel had said they would. However, minor issues and overall were more than pleased with service received in all respects.
