Kenya Holiday Review

Good morning Ruth,

Haven’t had much time to settle back into work yet due to Easter break, but I am sure I’ll get there.

The holiday was absolutely fantastic in every aspect.

Flights

This is the first time we have flown with First Choice but both outbound & inbound flights were excellent, they were both on time & the upgrade to premier class that you recommended was definitely worth it. This is the first time that I have ever managed to sleep on an aircraft due to the comfort of the air filled leather seats & extra leg room, the food, drinks, choice of entertainment & service was first class throughout the flight.

Accommodation

The Severin Sea lodge was a lovely hotel set in beautiful well maintained gardens on the edge of the Indian Ocean, our superior bungalow had everything that you could ask for & a view to die for.

The choice of food on the all inclusive package was excellent & the dinner menu in the main restaurant was not repeated once during our stay, but the staff are what really make this hotel special, they are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Safari

The four day Safari that you booked for us was the experience of a lifetime, our guide was excellent (we saw “the Big five”) and the standard of accommodation at the three lodges that we stayed in overnight was fantastic, it’s sometimes hard to believe that you are in the middle of the African Bush.

When we arrived home we were welcomed by the card and chocolates from Holidaysplease which was a very nice touch.

I would like to extend a “Big Thank You” to yourself & the Holidaysplease team for asking me what I wanted & tailoring a holiday to exactly suit my requirements, the only complaint that I have is that it didn’t last long enough.

I will have no reservations about recommending you to anyone.
