Our two week Best of Argentina independent touring holiday starts in Buenos Aires then takes in Iguassu Falls, Salta, Humahuaca and Patagonia.

Begin with 3 nights exploring the sights of Buenos Aires. On your 2nd day we include a half day private city tour taking in the highlights of this historic and sophisticated city. On day 3 you can choose from a number of special experiences including a traditional Boca Tango show, a visit to the Opera or Ballet at the Colon Theatre, or a local football match perhaps.

On your 4th day travel from Buenos Aires to the world famous Iguassa Falls. Spend 3 nights exploring the area surrounding the worlds largest waterfalls. Enjoy a private tour of both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the Falls, take a Safari Boat ride, and visit the Tropical Bird Park home to over 500 species and an ecological sanctuary.

Next take a two hour flight to the charming town of Salta. On your 2nd day in Salta enjoy an Afternoon and Night Tour of this lovely town which really sparkles when night falls. After your two nights in Salta take a 4WD Safari of the Clouds across the Northwest of Argentina. Stay over night in the picturesque village of Purmamarca. The following morning continue your 4WD Safari down to Humahuaca, before heading back to Salta along a sinuous mountain road and through the wonderful rain forest area of Las Yungas.

Overnight in Salta ready for your flight from the arid north to the strikingly opposite enviroment of Patagonia where you will be for 3 nights. On Day 12 an icy adventure awaits as you explore the Perito Merino Glacier. It is hard to put the majesty of this immense glacier into words. 30,000 years old and spanning Lago Argentino, Glacier Merino will leave you with lasting memories and a lasting sense of the power of nature.

Day 15 will take you back to Buenos Aires and the end of your Best of Argentina adventure.
