Easter Island is both attractive and of course mysterious. Isolated in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the island was home to a culture whose origins and evolution remain pretty much unknown. The landscape is dominated by the gigantic stone sculptures called moai. Descendents of the ancient civilisation that inhabited Easter Island provide visitors with an insight into their culture and customs.
During your stay on Easter Island we include excursions which take in all the key archaeological ruins and sites. Visit Puna Pau and Seven Moai, the temples at Vaihu and Ahu Vinapu, Anakena and Ahu Tongariki, as well as Rano Kao Volcano alongside which is the ancient ceremonial site of Orongo.
