Angaga Island Resort is located in the centre of South Ari Atoll, which is synonymous with warm sunshine, white beaches, reefs and lagoons. This beautiful hotel resort is located on a serene island encircled by a proflic coral fringed lagoon. It is 85km from Male International Airport and takes about 25 minutes to reach the island by seaplane or helicopter.

Accommodation: All of the 50 Superior Rooms are housed in individual thatched-huts, each with its own private verandah. The bamboo furniture and muted interior colours reflect the Maldives natural habitat. Optimum comfort and luxury surround you in the Angaga's 20 Water Bungalows, which sit over clear lagoon waters provide a unique and close-up ocean experience. Other facilities include hot and cold water, a mini-refrigerator, a satellite TV, a hair dryer (not in all rooms) and a swing on each verandah.

Facilities: The in-house restaurant serves a sumptuous buffet of international and fresh local cuisine in the afternoon of late evening, while the bar and restaurant beside the swimming pool offer à la carte dishes. The sand bar has a façade like a tortoise shell, complimented by a rustic seating arrangement with bamboo furniture where you can relax with a chilled beverage and sink you feet into soft white-sand. The clear blue waters are perfect for water sports, while the reef is excellent for snorkelling. Angaga has superb facilities including a laundry, a medical area, a gift shop, a nightclub, a sports centre with table tennis, tennis courts and a volleyball court.
