"When were left with paper tickets for the whole of our trip which prevented us form doing any online checking in, which obviously slowed down our checing in process and caused us a number of difficulties! When we left Australia we tranferred for 4 days to Bali. The experience here was not as it should have been as when we arrived the hotel had given our room away leaving us with a twin room on our honeymoon for the first night. We then had to argue with staff to get the honeymoon package we had asked for and despite calls to Holidays Please we were not given any assistance and ended up resolving the problems ourselves!!!
