When you stay at the Le Meridien Bora Bora you will hardly believe that it was originally found in the 4th century. You cannot imagine how the place has been kept as a secret for so long.
The island is surrounded by stunning waters and the island itself hosts lush tropical rainforests. It is also on the edge of a crystal clear lagoon which makes Bora Bora one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Le Méridien in Bora Bora’s exploits the surrounding pefectly with bungalows perched over the spectacular lagoon or hidden besides ivory sands under coconut trees.
The water bungalows on their stilts in the ocean feature an incredible glass-bottomed floor which gives unrivalled views of the vibrant sealife life. You can also have the option of a bungalow on the beach with their private beaches and personal hammocks.
The dining matches the surroundings as well as Le Tipanie is widely known as one of, if the best, dining experience in Bora Bora. It overlooks the resort’s stunning lagoon giving fabulous views of the fauna and unique wildlife.
For a more casual affair Le Te Ava restaurant is poolside, with the chance to experience dining with your feet in the sand.
For a very relaxed island there are plenty of things to do as well. For example the Kaïnalu Club gives you the chance to try a traditional Polynesian outrigger canoe. There is also the chance to jet ski or even feed some sharks!
You have to see the Turtle Sanctuary at Le Méridien as well which has been set up to help save the endangered hawksbill turtle.
