Corsica is famous for stunning scenery and fabulous food. From snow topped mountains to secluded and unspoilt beaches, Corsica really does have it all. It is the perfect destination for a beach, family or activity based holiday.
While away a few days exploring Corsica's quiet and secluded beaches.

One of the best ways to get away from it all is to take a picnic and discover your own private beach for the day, as many beaches are acessible only by foot or boat. As the evening draws in you can enjoy a stunning sunset with a cool beer at a local beach café.
Sample some of the local French and Italian influenced cuisine with a harbourside or beach side table for a leisurely evening meal.

Tables with amazing views are plentiful, and the food will more than match the scenery, with local specialities such as pasta, fruits de mer and the local pork specialities "cochonnailles".
There is superb hiking in Corsica as well with walks up to 6,000 ft which have the most spectacular views.
The mountainous GR20 hiking route runs from the north to the south of the island and close to Monte Cinto which is snow covered for most of the year. If you have energy to spare after that pony trekking, cycling and sailing are all close at hand!
