| Room | 5.0/10 | The hotel itself is spectacular, with many facilities on hand. Excellent selection of restaurants with all different cuisines. Buffet restaurants good especially with children, would recommend Saffron over Kaleidascope. On the whole it was the service that let it down, probably made worse by the exceptional service provided earlier at Jumeriah Beach. Room service very inconsistent and not great. Had one bad night when there was a Halloween at the Nasimi Beach Bar, which was at our end of the hotel, the music was rediculously loud and went on until 02:35......good if you were there, not so good when trying to get to sleep. If planning to go anywhere prepare for a bit of a taxi ride as it is a little out of the way. Would recommend but for no more than 4nights. |
