| Room | 10.0 / 10 | Although I have said excellent, we did on arrival have a nightmare with the hotel. They informed us thatwe would be moving to the mina a salam for the duration of our stay, which I was not pleased about. I told them that I had not booked for that hotel and my party would not be moving. We ended up after 3 hours of waiting, ended up getting sorted out, but on arrival the hotel reception welcome was awful, after a 7 hour flight we had no drinks offered until 2 hours into sitting there I said the service had been that bad and they had not even offered us a drink! I think it is wrong that they overbook the Al Qasr to also fill the Mina a salam and expect their guests to just except this. |
