Room	7.0/10	This is a really great place which would have scored higher with us if its management was better. The word that sums it up for us is "inconsistent". When they got things right it was fantastic, however there were times when they really let themselves down. For instance, when dining in the 2 main restaurants in the evening, we found that sometimes the service was great, and others when any number of guests arriving after us would be served before us. We once had to wait 40 minutes before we could order, a further 30 minutes before the first course arrived, and a furthe 10 before we even had a sniff of the wine. Similarly, the treatments in the spa were of very varying quality - it just depends on who does the treatment. Some therapists are great, others simply shouldn't be let loose on clients. The other thing to say about the spa relates to the way clients are treated. If you are a returning guest, the red carpet treatment seems to be applied - appointments seem to be able to be changed instantly and treatments varied to suit. If you are a first time guest(as we were) it is a different story. Reception staff were varied, but the overwhelming feeling we had was of indifference on theire part. There were a few other niggles but in essence, this very beautiful looking resort could benefit from some strong management to instill a consistent and professional service to their guests.

Room	9.0/10	Have been to Le Sport St Lucia and this is a great alternative. The food and service was great - rooms better than at le sport. Treatments goos but not fantastic - no negative comments though - excellent value for money
