"The Maritus Pelangi Hotel was great, the staff are so pleasant and look after you exceptionally well. The transfers from airport to hotel were good and the holiday rep we had was extremely good. "The holiday overall was very good and we enjoyed it very much. Just a couple of points are that two of the three hotels we stayed at (in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore) had not been advised it was out honeymoon and said they would have put us in better rooms if they had known (they did however give us complementory fruit baskets). Also for the flight on the way there we were not checked through from Manchester to Kuala Lunpur as our ticket was not arranged that way so we checked in late at Heathrow for the long flight and were unable to get good seats, this was frustrating as we had arrived at Manchester 3 hours ahead of time to ensure this." rating 8/10, 9th Aug 2009, Jenny M
