Room 8.0 / 10 Overall an excellent hotel and location - and a really wonderful holiday had by all! The Only comments we did have was that the service was a little inconsistent (only a few staff engaging and friendly) and the food was cooked for the masses so quality sometimes suffered. We were also looking forward to snorkelling with our daughters for the first time, but the terrain in the sea was very difficult (lots of rock/little reef/not many fish) so that was disappointing.

Room 8.0 / 10 Reception staff very friendly. Given that is a "Golf resort and Spa" as part of the title, the staff were very vague on the Golf part. Only one outside member of staff had anything to do with the golf bookings. No golf course information at the hotel at all. Although the shop had lots of golfing gear to buy? Odd! Staff not as driven for good customer service in the hotel restaurant and bars as I have seen in other resorts but OK.

Room 5.0 / 10 Beautiful location, stunning scenery and sunsets.The main impression we got was that the staff were less than friendly, they were efficient but lacked warmth, some bordered on being rude taking no interest in us as honeymooners. Many of the staff had few interpersonal skills and we had a problem with our room attendant which even after reporting to reception resulted in an uncomfortable end to the stay. Unsure whether it was a cultural or language barrier as majority of guests were French.

Room 8.0 / 10 Staff were a bit miserable and only a handfull took time out to engage in any sort of conversation in the main restaurant.The food was generally good but sometimes lacked a bit variation over the 12 days we were there. The food in The Navigator was very good especially from the a la carte menue.The hotel grounds were very well kept and allthough the beech was narrow there were ample areas to sunbathe and plenty of sunbeds.Our wedding arrangements were handled superbly and did not feel pressured into having extras. All in all a lovely place and great setting for our wedding.
