Room 7.0 / 10 The hotel is beautiful and nicely located. The downfall would be that the watersports is subject to the water tides. Nothing the hotel can do about. If the water levels were right, it was a great place for all watersports activities. In regards to our accommodation, on our first night we had a mice in our room. The mice ran around and actually poo everywhere in our bathroom. We rang reception to change room but they wanted to get someone out to check to get the mouse out and not change our rooms because the person who organises room changes had left. I was infuriated and demanded to change. In the end, they moved us to a different room above ground floor.

Room 8.0 / 10 Staff were very friendly, great food, very clean, plenty of sports to keep you busy. Any problems with the rooms were sorted out quickly. On Full Board Plus there wasn't a huge choice of food with the a la carte restaurants but the buffet was excellent and with 3 boys it was our best option and a very good one. The food really was good.
