Room 9.0 / 10 Our only complaint was the trollies to move items around the hotel. The staff worked so hard all through the night. However, we were right opposite the staff working building and the trollies they use are very old and rickety and the wheels, I think were made of hard rubber and were extremely noisy, I'm a light sleeper and didn't get much sleep. The staff were totally amazing and worked so hard. The pool staff went out of their way to make sure you had a great time. Betsey and Bartima (I think that's how you spell her name) worked their socks off at the adult only pool
