Room 8.0 / 10 My family got into the "groove" of the hotel on the evening of our arrival. The staff were attentive, friendly, relaxed, polite, warm and very welcoming. We felt healthier and very relaxed soon after our arrival. My family were accustomed to renting holiday villas in the med and hadn't used a hotel in over 10 years. However, the experience at The Body Holiday was excellent and we would consider not only a hotel again but we would even consider going back to The Body Holiday in St Lucia (as many other people appear to do). The food was superb throughout the stay; healthy, varied & fresh topped off with perfect service. The bar service at the clubhouse and the piano bar was terrific. Finally, the physical activities and the health and relaxation treatments were excellent. The staff have a great ability at remembering names. I improved my tennis and sailing skills and my children undertook the open water PADI scuba course as well as all the water sports available. Even though the hotel was full, it never felt more than half full as all the guests had plenty to do and were having fun. I think you get the point: everything was close to perfection.
