| Room | 4.0/10 | There is no way to reach Hua Hin from the hotel except for the taxi or the shuttle provided by the hotel. Unbelievably, they wanted money for the shuttle also! which is kind of "mandatory" if you want to reach the city centre... you do not expect this kind of request from a 5 star hotel. the service was not that good. |

| Room | 8.0/10 | Absolutely beautiful hotel design, presentation and the gardens stunning. Staff very friendly/helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean. Good food. Though the food and drinks very expensive. Spa very good. Had one thai massage, excellent. Spa generally very expensive. Breakfast was included in my holiday, excellent food. Hotel location too far to walk from local market town. Hotel put on a mini bus service at extra cost, went to local town about 4 times within 10 days. Could feel a little stranded at times, but not a problem for me as peace and quiet is what I wanted from the holiday. Overall had a fab time. Gorgeous surroundings and weather. |
