The beautiful island of Phi Phi, known for its splendid white sand beaches and clear waters, is a true paradise that has only recently been discovered by tourists making this location the perfect place to relax. The best time to travel to Phi Phi largely revolves around the two seasons, with scuba diving, snorkeling and climbing being the most popular holiday pursuits.
The tropical weather presents only two seasons, a dry and hot season from January to April and a rainy season from May to December. Average temperatures remain reasonably constant throughout the year ranging from a pleasant 25C to a more heat worshipping temperature of 32C.
The best time of year to travel to Phi Phi is from November to April with the best weather in February to May. The Island is still a popular choice throughout the year with the rainy season offering short but sharp downpours followed by plenty of sun. Travelling outside of the dry season also offers the added benefit of reduced accomodation costs that will catch the eye of those looking for a bargain.
