Room	7.0 / 10	We paid more than usual to go to this hotel because we hadn't been on holiday for some time. It was lovely but in hindsight we didn't need to pay that much to get the holiday we, a family of 5 with three primary age children, wanted. The kids pool was excellent, with several slides suitable for small children. The main slides were fun but only open for 4 hours a day. There was quite a walk from the hotel to the pools and beach. Most of the dining options were closed at Easter, understandable because the hotel was quiet but obviously not as advertised. The 'games room', which our 10 year old boy was very excited about and one of the reasons we booked, was chargeable for everything. This was a huge disappointment and surprise for an all-inclusive hotel, 3 euro per game was FAR too expensive. We played tennis one afternoon but had to pay to hire the rackets and balls. Again, not what I would expect from an all-inclusive hotel and certainly not one as expensive as this. It was also a little galling to realise this was a hotel in a chain and this was the cheapest of them all, there are much better facilities for kids at the others but they are a bus ride away. The busses were free and relatively frequent but again, not really as is advertised on their websites. It isn't very clear some of the things they talk about aren't actually at this hotel. The food in the main restaurant was nice with a large choice but very 'heavy', the lighter salad type options weren't as good as (less costly) places we have been previously. Overall, this is a very good hotel with great service but although it has family facilities, it isn't really for families. It is mainly for older golfers who are there to play on the resorts courses!

Room	9.0 / 10	The staff can tend to be a little less attentive if they don't know you however they were always friendly and never rude. Room cleaning seemed to be on the slow side but it was understandable with the amount of rooms. Food was great with the buffet bring different every night. The a large carte although you had to book was excellent but shame you could only eat at them once.the hammam bath was divine!also the entertainment every night was spot on!

Room	10.0 / 10	This hotel was amazing, the staff were wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. It was immaculate and the maid service was of a very high standard. There were shows on almost every night in the Gloria theatre and the other nights there were themed parties.The a la carte restaurants were lovely and made a nice change from the buffet. The italian and the steak house which were open during the day were really good and we had some tasty meals there. We had the best 10 days and we didn't want to leave. We will definately be going back. My only criticism was that some people recieved Gloria beach bags from their tour operator but we did not and i would have liked one!
