Room	10.0/10	This hotel was amazing, the staff were wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. It was immaculate and the maid service was of a very high standard. There were shows on almost every night in the Gloria theatre and the other nights there were themed parties.The a la carte restaurants were lovely and made a nice change from the buffet. The italian and the steak house which were open during the day were really good and we had some tasty meals there. We had the best 10 days and we didn't want to leave. We will definately be going back. My only criticism was that some people recieved Gloria beach bags from their tour operator but we did not and i would have liked one!
