"Very poor - not a lot to see. Went on one trip (Blue Safari) which took us by boat to a sand bank to snorkel and then onto another island for lunch. Not given sufficient info from Kuoni rep named Ali. Did not takke towels so unable to swim, albeit plenty of jelly fish about. Also, had to wade to boat three times so should have taken suitable footwear if we had been informed!!" rating 8/10, Thelma B

"The ground handler, Abdul, was absolutely amazing. Nick needed an operation on his back whilst he was there so Dena rang Abdul to ask for his help. He got them into the military hospital and stayed during the operation so had no chance to break his fast during Ramadan. He cancelled all the excursions that were booked that they could no longer particpate in and gave them a full refund whilst arranging gentler more suitable ones for them. He took them to a shop to obtain medical supplies and made sure they got them at a really good price and would not take a penny for these services. He called daily to check they were alright and Dena wants to write to Somak to commend him." rating 8/10, Dena Y

"The sea at the resort inshore of the coral reef was only knee deep and so snorkelling wasn't possible. This was not explained in the resort brochures and was a disappointment as that was one reason we wanted to go there. The hotel was very good though." rating 8/10, Mike M
