By using the Holidaysplease photo service you agree with Holidaysplease limited (Co reg no 4488333) to abide by our terms and conditions as follows:-

When using our service you agree NOT TO send images that:-

1. Could cause offence to people including (without limitation) sending photos that contain nudity, images of a sexual nature, bad language, racist/sexist or other remarks that could cause offence;
2. Infringe intellectual property belonging to any other party;
3. Could insight anger, hatred or encourage people to commit crime;
4. Are defamatory or which infringe the privacy of any other person or which have been sent without the consent of any person who is featured in the photo;
5. Depict or purport to depict a scene of violence or crime

You agree to indemnify us for any loss that we suffer should you breach any of these rules and we reserve the right to remove any images that we feel (in our absolute discretion) do not comply with these rules. We may do this without notice and without compensation. We also reserve the right to pass on the details of any photos which we feel contravene these rules to law enforcement authorities together with any information that we hold on you.

You agree to pay our charges which are currently 25p per photo sent to us. We may change these charges at any time by notice in writing to the last e mail address provided by you to us. You agree to be bound by any such changes in charges.

We agree to:-

• To provide our photo e mailing service at all times however we cannot be held liable for any disruption to the service caused by matters beyond our control
• Protect your data in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation.
• To terminate this service (without charge) within 7 days from a request to do so by you and to delete any photos and information that we have received from you should you so wish

We may suspend or cancel this service at any time for any reason. We may also vary these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. By continuing to use the service after the change of such terms and conditions you agree to be bound by them.
