I sent an email to your company after finding your website, requesting some information on holidays to the Maldives. Andrea responded to my request promptly, professionally, and diligently went about identifying a number of options for us; she kept in regular touch with me and managed fulfill our criteria within the budget we had suggested.

Hi Ruth,

Sorry for the late reply but we've been moving and have only just got the internet running.

The honeymoon was fantastic! The hotel was out of this world, wonderful food, great service everyone was so friendly they couldn't do enough for you. The Palace Suite was gorgeous as was the hotel, it was the perfect way to start our new life together, you couldn't have chosen a better place for us, it was amazing.

Honeymoon review - no.3

Dear Mr Dixon,

I am writing with reference to my holiday reservation with you which was made possible thanks to the fantastic, capable and extremely patient help of Andrea.

I have been trying to arrange a honeymoon for myself and new wife since May 06 and have often drawn blanks with many holiday companies since the time we were travelling was both busy and prescriptive (Christmas) and due to the places we wanted to go, was probably not straightforward.

Andrea was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding to all our needs and I was often changing dates, times and locations which meant Andrea had to tinker and often revise the itinerary.

I just wanted to let you know that we found Andrea's help invaluable and we will be raising a toast to her on our honeymoon!! We will also be recommending her and your company to our friends, as we are sure the holiday itself will be a great success if the care and attention afforded to us by Andrea continues throughout our trip in December.

It is usually only complaints that a customer feels compelled to write to management about, so I thought I should seek to give credit where it is due and I hope Andrea's contribution is recognised in giving us a great impression of Holidaysplease so far!
