Malaysia Holiday Review - No 1

Hi Yvonne,

Not one for gushing emails, or normally any kind of thanks but I have to make an exception!

We had the most unbelievable honeymoon from start to finish (other than Malaysian airlines)!! As you know we had a few transfers and plenary of opportunity for things to go wrong but every single detail was first class....all the worry was taken away!

The hotel in KL was fantastic....in fact everything in KL was fantastic.....then Pangkor Laut just blew us away.....better than my wildest dream!

I genuinely believe your help and input throughout has helped make this such a success and for all future holidays I would do my best to use you.

Obviously I will be recommending you to my friends & family. I would appreciate you bosses details or just forward this on as the level of customer service we have received is very rare in this day & age.

Malaysia Holiday Review - No 2

Hi Paula

Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so much for all of your help in booking and arranging our holiday to Langkawi and KL. We arrived home on Saturday and we're still getting used to the cold and the time difference but it was all well worth it.

Langkawi was simply wonderful and Berjaya resort was like paradise. Our only wish was that we'd spent more than 4 days there - 2 weeks would have been ideal! The whole island reminded me of Phuket 20 odd years ago when I went as a child before all of the development. The weather was great; we had nightly down pours but hot, clear blue skies for the rest of the time.

KL was a city but we missed Langkawi too much to appreciate it. The hotel however (the Mandarin) was amazing! 6 and a half stars of pure luxury and exceptional value for money.

All the connections were spot on, we were never let down and I'm so pleased to have found you! You were so helpful so thank you very much again.

Malaysia Holiday Review - No 3

Hi Ruth,

Hope you have been well.

I just want to say a big thank you for everything. Endra and I returned back from Malaysia on 1st February, we had a fantastic time. From the flights, transfers to the hotel - it was all amazing and the whole holiday ran smoothly. Pacific World Travel were very helpful, we managed to book some excursions and see the Orangutans in Borneo!! We also managed to have our Civil ceremony in Langkawi, The Andaman hotel were excellent in organising our wedding ceremony for us. I was very sad to come home!
