The landscape of
the Caribbean is diverse, ranging from lush,
tropical rainforests to dry, arid
landscapes. Each island has its own
traditions and special uniqueness. The
Bahamas, a group of 700 islands and cays,
lie 55 miles from Florida, stretching 500
miles south towards Cuba.
Ideal for island hopping, The Bahamas are
also a Mecca for scuba diving, snorkelling,
fishing and yachting. Barbados is home to
warm, friendly people and is one of the
developed and prosperous of the islands. At
166 square miles, the island is a tapestry
of beautiful, historic buildings, rolling
countryside and white beaches. Cancun,
Mexico’s premier resort, has 25kms of white
sandy beaches and boasts a lively nightlife
of clubs and restaruants.
From here explore the other beaches, islands
and Mayan ruins of the Yucatan peninsula.
Antigua’s 108 square miles offer a
beautiful, palmfringed, sandy beach for
every day of the year. This laidback island
also has an intriguing British maritime
heritage and a lively yachting
culture. St.Lucia’s 238 square miles boast
the Caribbean’s most stunning scenery. A
volcanic island of French influence, St.
Lucia has lush tropical scenery coupled with
magnificent sandy beaches.
