The key is to get organized early and to find a resort that has a large number and variety of piste to cater for the different abilities within the group.

It is also a good idea to choose a resort with a large ski school. The bigger the ski school the more levels that they will have. This means you are more likely to find levels that fit all standards in your group.

Group skiing holidays usually take an entire catered chalet to themselves or a specialist ski hotels which can handle large groups. The larger the group the earlier you need to book so that you can block book hotels and chalets.

If there is one tip to organising a group ski holiday and that is to get a helping hand. The initial research can be fun but when people drop out, try to change travel plans, ski school requirements, ski hire etc.. you can get sucked into being a full time travel agent.
