This is the second time in 3 years that we have booked a holiday and on each occasion Linda's efforts to assist in the research phase has been outstanding. Her level of knowledge and professionalism has been first rate and her communication superb. Despite being offered very similar terms by another organisation it is because of her amazing efforts that we have booked through your organisation. We want to formally say how impressed we are with the service Linda provides, how lucky Holidaysplease are to have her as an employee if only we had her as an example to everyone, she epitomises real customer service. 

I have always said there are those you teach customer service to and there are those where it is second nature; Linda doesn’t just go the extra mile.  As an example when she asked us what was most and least important to us we emphasised how we wanted powder soft sand.  She actually sourced a book on the different types of sand as I understand there are more than one type in Thailand, we were dumbfounded.  Her attention to detail, genuine dedication to making the holiday and experience not to be forgotten is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble.

She works at  all hours and often when I have been catching up on emails at night she is online too and actually answers and never tires of the attention to detail we create.  Her knowledgebase is never ending, we are well travelled, I work in travel and she surprises me.  She has sorted a seat allocation problem that was the fault of the airline and directly dealt with Kuoni and made sure we got what they originally allocated after quite some negotiation.  The list of her qualities is endless.  I don’t doubt she has a lot of repeat customers us, being one of them as we ask her to come up with the magic solution to our October holiday.

When I booked my holiday with Linda she was extremely conscientious about what she was going to book and how.  Not only did she listen to my requests but she heard them as well.  Linda kept in touch with my requests every step of the way and when I considered alternations she looked into them in great detail and gave me the pros and cons, not just the best bits!  Whether I e-mailed Linda or telephoned her she would always contact me back and she would always give me a truthful answer.  As for the holiday itself, well it was as Linda said, "executive connoisseur", it was the best holiday we have ever had and I do want to go back, which for me is unusual as I seldom go back to the same destination twice.  I will definitely book a holiday through Linda again as I know I can trust her and feel confident that I will get what I requested.  The whole holiday was a complete gem from the moment I picked up the phone to speak to Linda to the last moment I spoke with her after our holiday.  Thank you Linda for listening to me and creating our diamond holiday.
