I thought it would be good to let you know that since my wife and I got married two and a half years ago Michelle has booked each and every one of our holidays since making all the arrangements, transfers etc for our wonderful honeymoon in Hawaii.

Just a short note to tell you that we think Michelle is brilliant. She has worked very hard on this one for us. We nearly backed out at one stage bec ause of the 'economic' climate, but we are so glad we didn't.

You have an exceptional lady on your staff. Her attitude and approach to every aspect of her job is very professional. She has guided us through every step and we really appreciate her efforts. We asked other companies to quote for our holiday either by email or phone, they either took several weeks to do it, were too expensive or just didn't bother.

We have already sent her an email asking her to look at River cruises for us for next year and I know she will do her best for us.

Staff like Michelle are hard to find, you have a real star.
