Malta Holiday

A bit late getting there but I am replying now. Philip Grout Smith is by far the most helpful and truthful Travel Agent that anyone could wish to deal with. He arranged a super Holiday at Christmas for us in Malta. We took an 83 year old with us,which of course has its own problems but, due to Philips help, everything went plain sailing and thoroughly enjoyed by all. I rang him to ask about a Christmas holiday for 2010 and gave him a list of 5 countries that we wouldn't mind visiting in Europe. Low and behold he came back to me within a few days with an Eastern Europe trip in 4 of the 5 . How is that for brilliant. Needless to say we booked it there and then. Also a very good point is that he answered several questions for a couple of friends of ours without any obligation to booking through him.They were so impressed both with his manner and knowledge, that they booked with him.
