Baros

An Island that always appealed to me, I didn’t stay here but had an inspection of the island.
The first thing that impressed me was the luxury of the speedboats that picked us up and the friendliness of the staff.
Once on the island we went straight to the unique Lighthouse Restaurant which is spectacular in the day time so at night it must be stunning..
All of the Villas here were nice and private, the Baros Villas had a 4 poster bed and the Pool Villas have wonderful private pools, the Water Villas were OK but I personally preferred the Beach Villas and for the ultimate in Luxury the Baros Residence with a canopied bed and, Lounge private pool and gardens.
The lounge/Bar area was contemporary with black and red seating and was a lovely surprise as I expected it to be quite ‘stuffy’ and it wasn’t at all.
A lovely Spa area completed this island.
Another added extra for this island for use when you either arrive early or have to check out of your room before a late flight, they have a room with reclining chairs where you can relax while waiting, there is also a shower room as well.
No children under 8 years are allowed at Baros…
