Mixed feelings about this island, it served some of the best food that I have had in the Maldives with an all day dining café and 6 speciality restaurants, there is evening entertainment in the 3 Bars in the form of DJs and local groups with the choice of a quiet bars as well, the staff and management are all brilliant.

I had a Deluxe Bungalow and it was very pleasant with a lovely indoor bathroom as well as an outdoor shower, the Pool Villas are really nice and you get a private transfer with them.

It is a fairly large island and the reception area is Thai in style yet you still felt that you were in the Maldives. There are 2 pools and some really nice beaches; the thing that wasn’t as appealing was the tarmac paths around the island (maybe just me being picky)!!!

This would make an excellent choice for staying a few nights before flying home as it’s only 10 minutes to Male, maybe if you had been on a really small island with limited choice of Restaurants you could really spoil yourself here.

 I also did a sunset Dolphin cruise from here and saw dozens of small Dolphins swimming and playing around the boat, definitely the best we had seen.
