Jenny listened to what we wanted and delivered above and beyond what we expected. The resort was outstanding, from the moment you step onto the adults only island you are greeted with a warm welcome and throughout the stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are looked after. The overwater villa was beautiful as was island. Jenny was there at the end of the phone,or we were able to contact her whenever we wanted. She fantastic at reassuring us with any small detail or mini meltdown I was having. Jenny understood how important this holiday was to us and knew it was a dream holiday. I would highly recommend Jenny.Thank you for realising a dream.

We have booked holidays with Jenny for over 20 years now, as a couple and with the kids and now the grandkids! She just knows what we will like and always makes great recommendations. Just back from a week in Dubai and every one of the 13 of us had an amazing holiday. The resort was perfect for the grandkids and also the adults. Great mix of restaurants to keep everyone happy and lots of activities to keep the little ones (and adults) occupied. The hotel was superb and we even got an upgrade! Jenny makes everything clear and easy with the booking and is always at the end of the phone if you have any questions before or during the trip. Thanks again Jenny from me and the gang…..can’t wait for our next trip!

It wouldn't have happened without you !My first review written on 3rd January 24 related to the preparation for what turned into a fabulous 9-week adventure in Australia.Now I'm back in the UK (wearing numerous layers !) I have only Toni Sharp at Holidays Please to thank for her attention to the important detail and ensuring the remainder of my time in Australia just sheer pleasure.Yes! - my time Down Under was spent with friends but the "Getting There and Back" was obviously all important, including a 3-day stop over in Dubai, 2-night hotel stay in Perth WA, a 3-day journey on the Indian Pacific Railway from Perth to SydneyALL the tickets, boarding passes, hotel check-in's, pick-up times etc. etc. were all pre-arranged and arrived in good time.The service I received from Toni at Holidays Please was almost like they had no one else to deal with, obviously not the case !!!A MASSIVE Thank you, I loved every minute of it !!

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly agent who really captured the requirements for our holiday and tailored several suggestions for us. They were understanding and patient whilst we decided on the options and really pulled out all the stops to get us the best deal and upgrades. Very impressed the the comprehensive nature of the agent and their flexibility when dealing with our booking. Really did feel like a customised, personal 5* experience.

Fiona was absolutely superb at arranging our trip to New Zealand. Fiona was very knowledgeable and quickly understood what we wanted to achieve. The itinerary was produced quickly and exactly what we wanted. Cannot recommend Fiona highly enough.
