Uluru-Kata Tjuṯa is the location for the world-renowned sandstone monolith, which stands 348 metres in height and bears various inscriptions made by ancestral indigenous peoples.

Uluru is also known as Ayers Rock and is the iconic landmark of the Australian outback.

The location is listed as a World Heritage site and there are a number of walks that visitors can take around the major attractions of the Park. The ‘Base Walk’ is a very popular walk in Uluru.

Other walks surrounding Uluru include the ‘Liru Walk’, ‘Mala Walk’ and ‘Kuniya walk’. The best photo opportunities are when the sunrises and at sunset.
