With a background in customer service roles, I have always understood the value of providing a great customer experience.

Working in travel was a long-held dream of mine and I spent over a decade in the industry before finding my way to Holidaysplease in 2022.

As a married mum of two fabulous grown-up boys, I’ve got hard work, patience, and great listening down to a fine art.

Based in Norfolk, I have travelled extensively in Europe, the USA and the Caribbean and often send clients to experience them first-hand.

My only goal is to ensure I find my client their dream holiday at a price they’re comfortable paying and to help create memories that will last a lifetime.
