This is because all of our travel advisors have an average of 10-15 years' experience in the travel industry, and have often personally visited the hotels and villas they advise on. You will be allocated one of these experts who act as your personal travel adviser.
Unlike other companies, once you have booked with us you can still speak to the same person. You also have their direct line and can even speak to them at evenings and weekends. You don't get passed into a "customer care" call centre.
We also search the whole market for the best holiday at the best price for you, not for us.
We are members of ABTA (Number: 65310) which means you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance, code of conduct and some financial protection.
Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme.
