Volcanic Ash - Customer Service
Sometimes the real test of a holiday company comes when dealing with a crisis. We ask all of our customers to review their holiday when they return. Here are ALL of the unedited reviews we received regarding the volcano interuption to flights and how we helped customers through the crisis:
15th Jun 2011after booking with tony we can just leave all hassel with him. was really worry about the flight called off due to the volcano ash but he assured that we can just re-book the hotel if needed. quick and easy! well done!

10th May 2010Cathy's help and support was invaluable, not only did she do lots of leg work from our rather vague initial brief but then was happy to keep searching to get to our final booking. As our holiday was affected by the volcanic ash cloud, Cathy worked extremely hard to find us an alternative which proved to be fabulous. She was also very proactive is speaking with the tour operator to ensure we were getting the most up to date information.
8th May 2010Lorraine was very helpful, and came up with options when the volcano erruption was going to interupt our booking.
6th May 2010We had to change our plans due to the volcanic ash situation. Michelle was available at all times and kept me contantly updated. We managed to re book for the week after. First class service as always
1st May 2010Damyon was very helpful, calling us to make sure we could get home when there was complication with the flights due to the volcano.
30th Apr 2010All arrangements made by Karina went, as always, like clockwork but, we were delayed on our return by a number of days due to the Icelandic Volcano however, Karina kept in touch and has helped us with advice on how to make a claim. Thank you as always
