Excellent Financial Protection
We are an ABTA bonded travel agent and we buy holidays from ATOL protected tour operators. If we choose tour operators that are not ATOL protected then we take out supplier failure insurance on your behalf. Does this make us special? No, lots of companies can quote this.
What makes us special is that even during the recession we have grown both our sales and the strength of our balance sheet. Our low overhead model has allowed us to easily cope with situations such as volcanic ash clouds, airline strikes and other disruptions which have hurt other holiday companies.
Why do we have low overheads? The main reason is because we get so much business from word of mouth we don’t spend a fortune on marketing.
