All of our travel advisors have an average of 10-15 years' experience in the travel industry, and have personally visited a wide range of destinations and hotels they advise on. You will be allocated one of these experts who will help you throughout your enquiry, booking and afterwards.

We are members of ABTA (Number: 65310) which means you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance, code of conduct and some financial protection.
Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection may not apply to all holiday and travel services. In these cases we will take out supplier failure insurance on your behalf to cover you for if the operator was to fail. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
However having financial protection in place is only half the story. It's obviously best for companies not to become insolvent in the first place! Because of our significant repeat customer rate we do not spend as much money on marketing as other companies and the resulting low overheads allow us to cope with situations such as volcanic ash clouds, airline strikes and the suchlike. We have continued to grow, remain profitable and even thrive during the recession.

If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
