The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 2-7 people in comfort. It is a new property with a modern feel together with fine tiling, woodwork and glass.

There is a glass fronted feature wood burning fireplace, digital satellite TV (BBC 1,2 ITV 1, 2 and Sky news) and DVD. The lounge area is air-conditioned with patio doors that lead to a furnished terrace overlooking a fabulous pool.
The fitted kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and breakfast area.

A stylish marble staircase leads to air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has an upstairs terrace that leads out to views over the pool.

Outside the villa there is a fantastic 9 metre swimming pool in front of well furnished terraces. There are steps leading into a shallow end for children.
The villa’s pool is linked to a series of solar panels rather than being electrically heated and so it is recommended for the summer season. The villa is also southwest facing to catch that fantastic sunshine until late in the evening.
