"Kenya is still a developing country, with much visable poverty, but this should not put tourists off visiting. We visited Mombasa and stayed in the north and the south coast, we were more impressed with the south it was very beautiful, beaches amazing especially in galu further down from diani. "Our holiday turned out to be the one of the best ever. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere at the hotel was matched on safari too. A perfect balance of relaxation and new experiences. "Kenya is a poor country so you will see people live in different ways. All in all the people are very kind and friendly. "The political situation in Kenya made it impossible to fully explore and enjoy the holiday. They were mainly restricted to staying in and around the hotel. "We did a 4 day Safari to Savo East & West and it was an experience that will remain with us for the rest of our lives. We also got to swim with wild Dolphins in the Indian Ocean which is an experience that needs no explination. BEACH BOYS! "I would reccommend everything about the package we had the safari was nothing other than perfect, the accomodation, guides, locals, weather and animals. I would highly recommend Mombassa but wished we'd added 7 days to this break as apposed to 3. We didn't want to come home.
