Room	7.0 / 10	The "upgraded" room we were given on arrival was at the back of the hotel with no view and felt quite dingey. We told reception we were not happy and they found us different rooms the following day. Staff were brilliant on check out day, found us a room for cases etc and for showers, let us keep it until we left for the airport at 8pm!

Room	8.0 / 10	On the whole I had a great holiday, very relaxing and I met some lovely people. I will most definitely be using this service again and visiting Thailand though will probably be looking to be closer to Patong next time and some of the islands. That said, I would make it a matter of course to spend a day or two at this idyllic resort and reacquaint myself with some of the lovely people here.
