Getting married in Hawaii

The legal requirements for a Hawaii wedding are quite simple.  You and your intended need to appear before the marriage license agent with the following paper work.

• Valid Passport for the Bride and Groom
• Copy of your birth certificates

Once you have filled out the marriage application form and paid the licence fee you are ready to get married!
