Sonia was very helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure of a trouble free holiday. She gives good friendly advice . When the hype about the imminent volcanic eruption in Bali , Sonia phoned to check we were ok and to phone her if we needed anything..... Now that's what I call customer service .... after booking with tony we can just leave all hassel with him. was really worry about the flight called off due to the volcano ash but he assured that we can just re-book the hotel if needed. quick and easy! well done!

Cathy's help and support was invaluable, not only did she do lots of leg work from our rather vague initial brief but then was happy to keep searching to get to our final booking. As our holiday was affected by the volcanic ash cloud, Cathy worked extremely hard to find us an alternative which proved to be fabulous. She was also very proactive is speaking with the tour operator to ensure we were getting the most up to date information.
