Buenos Aires

Spend a few days exploring what Buenos Aires has to offer, visit the modern waterfront neighbourhood of Puerto Madero for amazing food. Whether in the mood for spicy food, indulgent cocktails or French food the Puerto Madero has it all.

Buenos Aires is the home of tango dancing; why not indulge in a few lessons while there? If you want to leave it to the professionals you can watch a tango show over a traditional Argentine meal.

To see some of Argentina’s artistic offerings Visit Malba: Colección Costantini to see famous works by the likes of Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and Tarsila do Amaral and enjoy a relaxed lunch at their terrace restaurant.

Iguazú Falls

Voted as one of the 7 natural wonders of the world the Iguazu falls is a must visit for every tourist. Visit the devils throat to see the 80m canyon where the water produces a thundering sound and drains into the Parana River.

Take the foot bridge around the falls for panoramic views of the park but be prepared to get wet! As well as the falls you can explore the jungle with a vast array of fish, reptiles, insects and butterflies.

You can also take a rowing boat up the Iguazu River to see swimming water turtles and yacares basking in the sun on the coast.

Rio de Janeiro

Rio known as the marvellous city is vibrant and inviting. Visit the quaint bairro of Santa Teresa for bohemian hangouts, cobbled streets and fantastic views of the city. After visit Parque Das Ruinas and take a rest in a green paradise full of lush plants and flowers.

End the day by visiting Christ the Redeemer on Corcovado Mountain and watch the beautiful sunset descend over the city.

Rio is home to a spectacular culinary scene with dishes from farm, forest and sea. Sample traditional Brazilian food such as shrimp-filled moqueca, jerked meat and large grilled Amazonian fish.
