Amy was very chatty & helpful, attentive and obviously knew her job inside-out.Despite the fact that we had a Black Friday offer included in the holiday we had planned, Amy managed to beat the price, whilst adding in those important details like extra space seats for us. Highly recommended.

Pending reviewReviewedvia mobileWe have just returned from the beautiful grand makadi.all i can say is it was the most amazing 10 days i have had in a very long time.the hotel is beyond what i expected,the rooms are very clean & comfortable.that applies to every part of the hotel.the staff are constantly working to make it that way.from the top management to the bottom everyone is helpful & polite.as for the new restaurants ,the food is outstanding.my husband is a very fussy eater,we never have a problem as the chose is so wide,you will always find the perfect meal & snacks.we will be returning to the hotel again in may.we have traveled to many different destinations,but this hotel is by far my all time top place to relax & fell like im at home. Stacey’s service is excellent. She is always there in any emergencies. She makes sure she includes all the extras you need like extra leg room seats, airport lounge, airport parking and overnight stay - all if required. I always book with her and highly recommend that you do too.
