The Grand Pineapple hotel in Antigua is great hotel spread across 25 acres of flourishing tropical gardens. It is positioned within a beautiful bay located on the eastern coast of Antigua around half an hour from the airport. This resort offers a fantastic all-inclusive Caribbean holiday.
Grand Pineapple has 180 rooms on just three floors which gives the hotel an intimate feel. Every room includes air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, safety deposit box and hairdryer. You can choose from a variety of room types including Garden View, Ocean, Beach Front and Tropical Waterfront rooms.
As the name suggests Beach Front rooms are located right on the beach and have communal balcony or private patio. Tropical Waterfront Rooms capture the beautiful views of the Long Bay and have an exquisite private patio or balcony.
Grand Pineapple has four excellent restaurants including Topaz which serves beautiful Caribbean and International buffet nightly. The Pineapple Grill serves Caribbean and International a la carte specialties 2 nights a week. Chef Pietro's also offers the option of delicious Caribbean/Italian cuisine 2 nights a week (reservations are necessary). Lunch is served daily at the 'Outhouse' located on the striking cliff top with delightful views. There are 3 bars serving local beer, spirits, house wines and much more.
Grand Pineapple has two picturesque freshwater swimming pools for you to take a dip in. If you want other physical activities then there is tennis, aerobics, beach volleyball and table tennis available. Water sports facilities include snorkelling, sailing, kayaking and windsurfing.
In the evening Grand Pineapple has a nightly entertainment programme, theme nights and weekly cocktail parties. A Babysitting service is available on request.
