Along the amazing Mozambique coast is the amazing tropical island of Benguerra.  Benguerra Lodge is a unique place on this island, if not the world. With only a couple of dozen rooms and yet 100 staff we are sure that your ever need is going to be catered for.

When you arrive by speedboat it is dramatic. Turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean give way to this small paradise. If you are lucky you will be accompanied by dolphins as you arrive.

Their luxury huts are built within 50 yards of the beach. These are romantic and elegant suites which give clients the ability to experience the ultimate island getaway.

The rooms are a mix of safari chic and african style.

Meals at Benguerra are unbelievable and consist of freshly caught seafood – with delicacies such as prawns, crab and crayfish. You can even catch the fish yourself if you wish. They have amazing menus which vary daily.

You can also adventure on to the island either on foot or in open land rovers. You can see the local villages and also experience a huge sand dune in the middle of the island that gives a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean and the island.
