The Al Bandar forms one of three hotels locatedin the Shangri La Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa, based in the capital, Muscat.

With a backdrop of stunning mountains and deserts on one side and fantasitc views of the Gulf of Oman the resort is spetacular and will take your breath away. Al Bandar 'the town' is located in the heart of the resort so is the ideal setting to explore.

The hotel which is set in the exclusive village has a authenic feel from the traditional artwork from local artists to the delicious restaurants. The hotel offers a range of rooms and suites each furnished with traditional decor and hand crafted furnitire.

Al Bandar offers a fantastic choice of restaurants to suit every taste, from Tapas & Sablah which is set in the beautiful outdoors with live entertainment. The Capri Court offers contemporary Italian cuisine in a stunning setting with views over the bay. Al Tanoor offers more tradtional food with a Arabian theme and local ingredients.

you should warn clients not to eat at Al Waha as the food there is very poor in comparison to the other two hotels, and definetly not 5 star

Is my booking protected?
Yes – If you book flights and hotels with us then you are fully protected under the ATOL scheme. If you buy hotels without flights then ATOL does not apply (as ATOL only applies to package holidays) but we take out supplier failure insurance on your behalf in case any of the travel providers go bust.
How many years have you been trading?

What payment terms do you have?
You pay a deposit of 10% or £150 per person (whichever is more) at the time of booking and then your balance 14 weeks before departure.

Very. When you place an online booking with us you have the option to see the prices of competitors before you book. You can then decide whether to place the booking with us or them. Our prices are always very competitive and so you should end up booking with us!
