The Chedi Muscat in Oman is one of the best five-star experiences you could possibly want to enjoy. It is located next to the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Oman and is a fantastic retreat for all who visit it.

The Chedi Muscat has around 150 rooms and suites with most rooms have dramatic views of the Gulf or the surrounding mountains and hills.

You can enjoy real Arabian cuisine at the Arabian Court restaurant which has traditional decorations right down to the water pipes! You can enjoy food from around the world including Mediterranean, Asian, Indian and Arabic. If you are a seafood fan then we recommend the Beach Restaurant.

The Ched's Spa, has seven elegant treatment rooms four of which are suites with sunken baths. It is the perfect place to be pampered and to relax. Other areas to relax in include the library, the boutique or even at the fine arts gallery. It's a culture vulture's paradise.

The children could only use 1 of the 3 pools which was a shame but we still had a fantastic time.
