Introduction :

Holidaysplease.co.uk is a high quality, long haul online travel agency.

We currently have too many luxury holiday enquiries to deal with and so we would like to pay like minded travel agents for taking our overspill enquiries and booking them on our behalf.

The type of holidays we sell :

We sell holidays to cash rich time poor clients. Our top destinations are the Indian Ocean, Caribbean, Dubai and the Far East. We also achieve great success in the highly lucrative weddings and honeymoons market.

The business achieves an average booking value of around £4,000 which works out at £1,500 per person.

How the scheme works...

You identify people in your company who are capable of booking high quality long haul holidays.

We give these people access to our back office where they can download enquiries placed by our customers. See Appendix 1 for what this looks like.

Your staff source the holidays from the relevant tour operator at all time stating that they are working for Holidaysplease. They will use our log ins and ABTA number.

Your staff liaise with the customer (again in the name of Holidaysplease) and place any subsequent booking on the Holidaysplease back office system. See Appendix 2 for the booking form that has to be filled in.

From then on all administration for the booking is done by Holidaysplease and so your staff are free to sell again.

You will earn 35% of the net commission on each holiday. Because of the high value nature of our holidays on average you should earn around £90 per booking.

Charges:

The only cost to the scheme is a £500 joining fee to cover the cost of your first 50 enquiries.

Thereafter, Holidaysplease will provide all enquiries free of charge as long as your Agency generates £600 net margin from every 50 enquiries taken on. To generate this £600 usually takes 2-3 bookings per 50 enquiries.

We will not charge you for anything else.

Qualifications required :

For your agency to join you will need to have at least one member of your staff who has worked for a minimum of 2 of the last 5 years in an ABTA registered retail travel business.

You need to be a credible, established travel agency and we will require a set of your most recent set of financial accounts before accepting your business.
